Diesel vehicle DPF/SCR high-temperature regeneration furnace

DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is a device installed in the exhaust system of diesel vehicles to reduce particulate matter (PM) in the exhaust through filtration. DPF generally uses wall flow filters, which alternately block the inlet and outlet of carrier holes, forcing airflow through porous walls to achieve particle capture. The front stage DOC catalyst oxidizes NO generated by combustion in the diesel engine cylinder to generate NO2. After entering the DPF, NO2 reacts with carbon oxidation and reduction to generate CO and CO2. Most normal driving conditions of diesel engines can meet the regeneration temperature in the DPF (250 ℃~500 ℃), so PM can be effectively removed.

DPF is a trap that, when used for a long time, trapped particles will adhere to the DPF carrier and cannot be completely combusted, leading to DPF blockage in severe cases. The durability of DPF has become a concern. With the implementation of the new national emission regulations, the DPF regeneration function is crucial. The so-called regeneration refers to the process of removing carbon particles inside the DPF to restore the DPF's ability to intercept carbon smoke particles.
